1. Who We Are
Stillwater Credit Bureau LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a North Carolina limited liability company that compiles
and maintains consumer reliability data on an opt-in basis. We operate under the Fair Credit Reporting
Act (FCRA) and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
2. Information We Collect
We collect information only from consumers who voluntarily submit data (identity, contact, payment,
rent, or utility records), data furnishers (e.g., landlords or lenders) who report verified payment
information, and website forms such as contact or dispute submissions. We do not collect Social
Security numbers or full account numbers, and we do not track visitors for advertising purposes.
3. How We Use the Information
We use consumer information solely to prepare reliability reports and scores for the consumer’s use or
with their consent, verify accuracy with the furnisher, and maintain required audit and compliance
records. We do not sell or license personal data to marketers.
4. Permissible Sharing of Data
We share data only with the consumer, the furnisher that provided the data, authorized parties with a
certified permissible purpose under the FCRA and the consumer’s written consent, and service
providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Your Choices & Rights
Consumers may at any time request a copy of their report, dispute inaccurate information (see our

6. Security Practices
We protect information using reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards: encrypted
cloud storage, two-factor authentication, limited personnel access, password-protected reports
(password sent via separate channel), and prompt breach notifications (within 72 hours of discovery).

Data is retained only as long as needed to fulfill reporting or legal obligations—generally no more than
